Marginaud sources inventory from designers and manufacturers all over Asia, Europe, and the USA and delivers them to customers all over the world. As such, shipping times will vary from purchase to purchase. Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping and 3-4 weeks if the order is international. In the event of any delays such as a backorder delay, the delays will be promptly communicated to you.
Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted it can no longer be edited. If the shipping information we are given is incorrect, the package will be returned to us. In this event, we will be happy to reship the package at the cost of the buyer. Please be sure to double check all information before submitting your order.
In the highly unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen, or otherwise undelivered for reasons outside of our control, please note that Marginaud is not responsible. If the failure to deliver your package is the fault of the shipping service, please contact them directly with any questions or concerns that you may have.
Marginaud provides tracking information with every package that we ship. Since we are working with fulfillment centers all over the world, though, please allow 4-7 days past the time that your shipping confirmation is received for your tracking number to be updated. Please rest assured that if you have received your tracking number, your product has indeed been shipped.
Each individual country we ship to reserves the right to charge duties/taxes on imports. However, in most cases, the stated value of the items we ship will be below the threshold for any import taxes.
In the unlikely event that your country does charge duties/taxes on your package, you are completely and solely responsible for paying these fees. To determine the exact cost of these fees, refer to your local customs office.
While we try to ensure that all of our products are well-stocked at all times, there may be rare occasions where a run on a particular product leads to the product being on backorder. In the event that this happens, we apologize for the inconvenience and promise that we are working diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Marginaud is dedicated to ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied at all times. With that said, if you are unhappy with the product you receive for any reason you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that the item you return must be in the same condition you received it in, and it must be in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will process your return and issue your refund within 3-6 business days.

Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging, and your order number must be notated on the package.
Customers are responsible for paying the postage to return an item. In addition to this, the item’s initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received the item, we will inspect and process it within 3-6 business days. Afterwards, a refund will be issued to the payment account you used to purchase the item. The time it takes for the refund to show up in your account will vary by account.
For items that are valued $75 or more, we strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance and/or using a trackable shipping service.
We will only accept exchanges if your item is damaged or incorrect. However, we will happily refund your order if it has been placed within 30 days of the refund request. Afterwards, you are free to repurchase any product that you wish.
